Current openings for individual and relationship counseling!
Practice AreasMy approach to therapy is compassionate, flexible and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help clients better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for everyday life. When working through trauma, I prioritize emotional safety and move at a pace that feels manageable and comfortable to you.
The Counseling ProcessI believe meaningful change happens when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow in ways that feel authentic to them. Therapy is not about "fixing" who you are; it is about creating a space to better understand yourself, heal, and move toward the version of life that feels more aligned, connected, and fulfilling. If you are considering therapy, I would be honored to be part of your journey. Reaching out can feel like the hardest step, but you don't have to have it all figured out to begin. I welcome you to connect with me to see if I may be a good fit for your goals and needs!
