Natalie is now offering EMDR intensives!
The Counseling ProcessAs your therapist, you can expect Natalie to be compassionate and validating, while also firm and challenging. She is committed to diving in deep with you and doing the work needing to be done to meet your goals for counseling. Natalie spends several sessions getting to know you, including your strengths, gifts and resources, as well as protective patterns developed to keep you safe. Together, you will create a customized treatment plan honoring the importance of validation and challenge within the therapeutic process. Then the work begins! Natalie will help you identify internal and external patterns which have become imbalanced, help you heal and learn to love wounded parts of yourself and ultimately bring forward a more grounded, steady and confident self. Natalie utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, ACT, Attachment-Based Family Therapy. She also uses approaches and orientations from Gottman Couples Therapy and Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT).
