We are currently accepting applications for private practice psychotherapist positions. Applicants must be a Licensed Professional Counselors or Licensed Professional Counselor Associates registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Clinical Social Work Associate registered with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers. Associates are expected to be working toward full/unrestricted license including participation in clinical supervision from an outside entity. Master’s degree in a related field required.
Position are either part or full-time. Pay is determined by experience and licensure status.
Position duties include building and maintaining a caseload of clients, intake and referral coordination, behavioral health screenings, bio-psychosocial assessments with DSM 5 diagnoses, treatment plans, ongoing psychotherapy and other related duties for children, adults and families seeking mental health services. Services will be provided face-to-face, via telehealth and sometimes over the phone. Duties also include claims submission, billing, insurance verification, maintaining of case files and staff meetings. Changes to job duties and requirements may occur.
Applicants Requirements:
Conduct comprehensive assessments.
Establish working diagnoses and treatment plans.
Prepare concise and complete assessments and documentation related to client diagnoses, treatment, progress and services in a timely and professional manner.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Work within an Electronic Health Record system with advanced computer skills.
Work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
Act professionally with regard to ACA code of ethics.
Must abide by OBLPCT requirements and ORS
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, clients, other agencies and the public.
Experience utilizing evidenced based treatment modalities is a must. EMDR trained clinicians preferred.
